In the recent preprint titled "Loss of Elp3 impairs the maturation tempo of brain ependymal cells", researchers investigate how the gene Elp3, a key component of the Elongator complex, regulates the development and maturation of ependymal cells - critical players in brain homeostasis and cerebrospinal fluid flow.
