California Information Sharing Disclosure
This section applies to California consumers. For purposes of this section, all definitions shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), California Civil Code Sections 1798.100, et seq., as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”). The CCPA and the CPRA indicate that organizations should disclose whether the following categories of personal information are collected, transferred for “valuable consideration,” or transferred for an organization’s “business purpose” (as those terms are defined under California law). We do not “sell” your personal information. The table below indicates the categories of personal information we collect and transfer in a variety of contexts including to “Service Providers” (as defined under California law). The list below outlines those categories of information that we may have collected within the past twelve (12) months, and also reflects our current collection practices.
Please note that because this list is comprehensive, it may refer to types of information that we collect and share about people other than yourself. For example, while we transfer credit card or debit card numbers for our business purpose in order to process payments for orders placed with us, we do not collect or transfer credit card or debit card numbers of individuals that submit questions through our Website’s “contact us” page.

You have certain rights regarding the Personal Information we collect or maintain about you. Please note these rights are not absolute, and there may be cases when we decline your request as permitted by law.
We do not sell Personal Information to third parties (pursuant to California Civil Code §§ 1798.100–1798.199, also known as the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018).
